Robert
L. Malman, ESQ.

Mr. Malman graduated
from the University of Indiana in 1969 with
a B.S. in Finance, and obtained his J.D. from
the University of Cincinnati College of Law
in 1972. He was admitted to the Ohio and Colorado
bars in 1973. He has been married for 36 years
and has three sons.
Mr. Malman has
been a member of the CBA Executive Council
since 1982, having been elected to that position
by his peers. He has practiced exclusively
in Family Law since 1980, and has handled
over 2000 Family Law cases.
Mr. Malman and his former
firm were instrumental in passage of the Joint
Custody legislation, and has vigorously supported
equity in family law for many years. He has
spoken on custody and other family law issues
at numerous seminars and educational conferences.
Mr. Malman has
been qualified as an expert in family law
on several occasions in the past, and is consulted
frequently by other attorneys for advice in
Family Law matters. He has been involved in
numerous custody cases, including interstate
custody. He has also handled several multi-million
dollar property cases. He is familiar with
valuation of businesses, pension assets, stock
options, and all other property interests.
He has frequently litigated maintenance (alimony)
cases as well.
Mr. Malman and his
paralegals are experienced and knowledgeable,
and handle their client's cases with a personal
touch, while at the same time handling the
cases efficiently.
